Adhesives, joints and connections

Joints are tested as part of the whole toy.

If a joint comes apart not only could there be a small mechanism to swallow, but also the part of the toy could be small enough to choke a young child.

Record the items you wish to use and try the following tests.

Tests

All joints and fittings are subject to torque test, tension test, poisonous elements test and soaking test.

Detailed below are various types of connections that could be used:

Chemical Adhesives
