Bicycles
Bicycles are an important mode of transport for many people. In cities, bicycles often have to compete with heavy traffic whilst in the country, the conditions of roads or paths can make cycling difficult. It is therefore important that bicycles meet certain Standards.
Many parts of bicycles, such as lights, wheels or the frame, are covered by different Standards. Manufacturers have to build their bikes to these Standards.
